Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lip balms and treatments (opened or unopened)
  • Lip gloss (opened or unopened)
  • Mascara (opened or unopened)
  • Eyeliner (opened or unopened)
  • Any products that have been opened or used

We make exceptions for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if this occurs.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the items you’re returning in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement items.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

International Returns

As we ship worldwide (with the exception of Asia and some remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
